A Walk in the Park

I somehow managed to sunburn my eyes last weekend and now I´m squinting and blinking like an owl at day time, which makes drawing/painting kind of impossible as you can imagine. 😦

So, I thought I´m going to show you some of the pictures I shot during my last walk through the park instead – I hope you don´t mind 😉

      1. Haha! Thank you soooo much, Cathy!!! You always make my day 😀
What I probably mean by imitating is that there are some photographers (mostly very early ones from the 1850s-70s) that I like very much and whose work and style have become so familiar to me that I seem to focus on objects and composition that they maybe would have photographed as well.

    1. Thank you so much, Patty!! 🙂
Haha! No, I did not weld something, I´m sure I would have worn some protection then 😉 I´ve been at a BBQ party, sitting on the wrong side of the table and stared indirectly into the sun the whole time while talking to the other guys sitting opposite me. Didn´t bring my sunglasses or a hat along, which I´m wearing now all the time! People kind of look funny because I´m inkognito 😉 My doc prescribed me some inflammatory eye drops that already helped a big deal.
Have a lovely weekend!! 🙂 xoxo

    1. Thank you! 🙂
By sitting on the wrong side of the table at a BBQ party, kind of looking at the sun all the time whilst conversing with my tablemates on the other side 😦 Didn´t wear my sunglasses or a hat, which I´m wearing now! I´ve been to the doctor who prescribed something that already helps a bit though. Hope it will be over by this weekend 🙂

    1. Thank you so much, Terry!! 🙂
Yes! It´s a red squirrel, they are still very common here in Germany. In the UK though “your” kind of squirrels – the big gray ones – seems to get the overhand 😦
Have a wonderful day, too!! 🙂
