Seven Days Photo Challenge – Day 5

My wonderful friend Dominique over at 3C Style has tagged me in the Seven Days Photo Challenge!

Thanks so much, Dominique – I just love taking pictures! 🙂

The rules are:

Seven days. Seven black and white photos of your life. No people. No explanations. Challenge someone new each day.

Because of my love for Sepia, I can´t promise to only share B/W pics but since it´s monochrome either way, I hope you won´t mind. 😉 And I might even add the color version of some shots – I know: what a rebel, eh? 😂

And instead of challenging someone new each day, I want all of you who are interested in this challenge to take it up and join us having fun!

  1. Hi dear Sarah,
Interesting choices of the photographs last week; love them all! I think the challenge with regard to ‘trees’ is my favorite.
Sending you a big hug again and wishing you a wonderful week ahead.

    1. Thank you very much, Patty! It’s actually quite difficult to pick just 7 pictures for this challenge. Lol! 😁 So glad you like them all. How are you and your teeth??? I hope there’s finally some improvement! Hugs! Xxx

    1. Thank you, Diana! You’re the first to notice that he’s shielding against the sun which is why I went at that exact hour to make the shot! It’s in the same city but about a 45 min ride from my home but worth it every time. 😄

    1. Thank you! He’s really nice to look at, isn’t he? 😉 He and his counterpart guard the gateway to the Charlottenburger Schloss- a castle or chateau in the west of Berlin that attracts many visitors. There’s also a beautiful park behind it where I often go. 😊

    1. Hehe! I admit to maybe have taken more pictures of him then necessary. 😉 Lol! 😂 Ahh, where have all those naked or at least leatherclad warriors and heroes gone? Wait! I think I know: they’re now sitting in front of computers and tv’s and dream of looking just like that! 😁 xxxxxx

  2. Now this is a great black and white shot, Sarah. I’m also glad I wasn’t far off in my previous explanation re: color and b & w. 🙂 Hope you’ve had a great day, my friend! 💕🌺🎨🌻

    1. Hehe! 😉 Thank you, Dominique! And I’m glad you approve of this man – most seem to be a bit speechless because of his nakedness! Lol! 😂
Have a wonderful Sunday dear friend! 😄💖

      1. It’s funny indeed that people don’t seem to mind seeing a naked woman but are uneasy when it’s a man. That always puzzles me. Bonne journée à toi aussi Sarah!

      2. That depends on the man in question. 😉 But usualle when it comes to the arts and I mostly mean paintings the ones who ordered the paintings were men so their choice od object was quite predictable. 😉 Which is why people nowadays seem to be more easy around art that depicts naked women then men – it’s just what they’re more used to.

      3. That is so true! And I’m also puzzled by it!! But just look at the yellow press papers all around the globe – naked women everywhere and not one nice male body! 😂

      1. Next time I walk around the city I will look out for them for you, Darren. 😉 I have to admit that my mind only seems to notice the male statues! Lol! 😂
